"Good news puts fat on the bones" (Proverbs 15:30).
I know there will come a day when the metabolism will change with this body in which I live. But as it is, I am often teased about being skinny. However, if this verse is true in a literal sense, I guess I'll be gaining some weight this week. Now I may not end up being a chunky monkey or anything, but the weight may certainly increase.
Micah was able to (once again) come home on Tuesday night. Today he returned to Duke for a check up and the report was good. Levels were either up or down where they should be.
We continue to give the shots at home to keep his blood thin and hopefully allow the clot to continue to dissipate. As of right now, the bile drain and whether the blockage has opened is a back burner issue. I'm not really sure when we'll start to address this again and potentially close off the drain to see if the bile flows as it should. We continue to pray that just as God has caused the blood clot to shrink, He will also allow for the blockage to be completely gone.
I hope you'll pray specifically for continued good health and good reports. Also, please pray the blood clot is gone soon and the bile blockage is no longer obstructing the flow. But most of all, I would just ask that you give thanks to the Lord for what He has done for us, for you and for others and that you praise Him for always being a God who is worthy of our praise.
Hope to see you soon.

Praise HIS name!
Praying for continued improvements and no clot.
GREAT NEWS! As we continue to pray for a full recovery in Micah's body we also pray for GOD'S glory to be revelaed through all of this. Thank you for the continued updates and rest assured that there are no limits to prayer no matter where they are lifted from. Have a great week and weekend!
