About

I am far from having it all together. I am a debtor to the patience and grace of Jesus every day.

I am honored to be the husband of Sarah, father to five amazing boys, and the lead pastor to some of the greatest Jesus followers in the world.

Sarah and I have been married since 2003 and she is by far God’s greatest human instrument to show and teach me the depths of God’s grace.

I have the privilege to serve as the founding and lead pastor of Refuge Church in Raleigh, NC where our mission is to display and declare the good news of Jesus to individuals near and far.

Our Children

The Bible teaches and we believe that children are one of God’s many gifts. God has entrusted to us five wonderful gifts: Isaac (2004), Ethan (2005), Micah (2007), Malachi (2013), and Titus (2014).
